Garry from Spire Brewery down in Chesterfield gets in touch to ask if their beers will be featured this year.
Well, those who ask tend to be included, so as long as we can work out a way of getting it here, it probably will be!

Ian tells us that we should have some Penny Porter from Derby Brewing Company.  Now, this sounds like a bit of a challenge, so we’ll give them a call and see what we can sort out.

Andrew from Hebden Bridge gets in touch to suggest some beers from Oakham Brewery, and in particular Bishops Farewell.
This is a good plan.  In any case, Oakham have been advertisers in Leeds CAMRA’s newsletter, New Full Measure, and we always try to thank our brewing advertisers with some support come festival time!

Congratulations are due to Bridestones Brewery, as the first brewery to contact us to see if we fancy having their beer at the Festival.
The usual rule applies – if a brewery asks, we’ll do our best to get it.  So expect to see some Bridestones on the bar come March!

It takes about two months to put together the order for the fine selection of beers that will be available at the Festival.
